Yesterday, William and Kate attended a conference on children’s mental health at The Royal Society of Medicine in London.
They listened to Professor Robert Winston give his keynote address and sat in on other lectures at the annual Place2Reflect event.
The Duchess of Cambridge is a patron of school-based mental health charity Place2Be, and is said to be keen to widen their knowledge of child mental health issues, specifically regarding the transition years between primary and secondary education, as well as the importance of early intervention in schools.
The couple attended the conference privately ahead of Kate’s solo visit to Blessed Sacrament School in Islington, London on July 1, 2014.
The Duchess wore a ‘Multicolor Chrissy Printed Jersey Dress’ (originally $395, on sale for $197.50 but currently sold out) by Tory Burch. The frock is from the designers 2014 Resort Collection and features a detachable buckle fastening waist belt, button fastenings at front.
