Yesterday, Prince Louis was christened in intimate ceremony in the Chapel Royal of St James’s Palace in front of his proud parents, and close friends and family.
Among the first to arrive at the chapel were Carole and Michael Middleton, with their son James.
Pippa made her way into the service alongside her husband James Matthews.
Also present were Prince Louis’ six godparents and family members including Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh were notably absent due to a packed royal schedule.
Kate arrived holding the sleeping young prince in her arms, while William looked after Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Prince Louis wore a replica of the Honiton lace and white satin royal christening robe in which Prince George and Princess Charlotte were also christened.
The service began at around 4pm and lasted 45 minutes. When it came to an end, the Cambridge family of five were the first to emerge.

After the service the christening party walked the short distance across a courtyard to Clarence House for a private tea, where they were offered slices of one of the three top tiers of the Duke and Duchess’s wedding cake, saved for the occasion.
Kate once again chose London fashion label Alexander McQueen for the occasion. She wore the designer for both George and Charlotte’s big days.
The bespoke coat dress featured a V-neckline, and little puff sleeves. Unfortunately, we were not able to see any other details of her frock.
