In a surprise appearance, Kate joined William to meet runners and organizers at the Ring O’ Fire Coastal Ultra Marathon in Anglesey, North Wales.

The Duchess shopped her closet for the Ralph Lauren jacket. She wore it in her pre-princess days. This jacket was sold for £570 and is no longer available. However, Ralph Lauren brings back similar styles year after year so keep your eyes open.

Kate was last seen wearing the Zara top on the Swiss ski slopes. This is also from a past season and is no longer available.
On a brighter note, the Duchess’ jeans are still available for a cool $158.

 Update 8/31/2013

There has been some chatter/debate about the brand of jeans Kate is wearing. ‘My Small Obsessions’ on FB thinks that the DOC’s jeans are the ‘Maternity MOTO Black Leigh Jeans’ by Topshop ($76). I think that these jeans are a good possibility.

Per Anna of ‘My Small Obsessions’
“First of all, she still has a little bit of tiny tummy after her pregnancy, plus studs on her jeans that she wore today and to Waitrose few days ago are gold, not silver, and bottom of her jeans is folded, just like in Topshop maternity MOTO jeans. Plus, she wore those jeans in June, when she went antique shopping in a trench coat. AND in March, when walking in Switzerland after her friends wedding.”

Merry Christmas!

This year, William & Kate broke with royal tradition and opted to spend Christmas with Kate’s family in Bucklebury. The other members of the royal family celebrated the holiday at Sandringham.

The couple joined Michael and Carole Middleton, sister Pippa and brother James for family Eucharist and Christmas carols at St Mark’s Church earlier today.

Kate wore her brown Hobbs ‘Unlimited Celeste’ coat (£329 reduced to £182) , her red Gucci monogram canvas horsebit clutch w/chain Gucci (£1200 and no longer available), and a red Pashmina.

Completing her outfit, the Duchess accessorized with a pair of brown patterned tights, her brown Aquatalia by Marvin K ‘Royal’ Weatherproof ankle boots and her bespoke Kiki McDonough green amethyst earrings. She also wore her hair up with her bangs framing her face.

William & Kate Pledge Their Support for Injured Rugby Players

Yesterday, William & Kate pledged their support for the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust (WRCT) at a reception before the 5.15pm kick-off of the Wales V New Zealand rugby match. This was held at Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

The charity is dedicated to helping people who have been seriously injured playing rugby.

The Welsh Red Dragons hosted the All Blacks of New Zealand. Unfortunately the attendance of the royal couple did not boost Wales fortune, with the home team losing to their rivals 33-10.

Kate chose red in support of Wales’ rugby team, the Red Dragons. She wore her belted LK Bennett ‘Ami’  coat which was seen in November last year when the couple visited UNICEF’s Emergency Supply Centre in Copenhagen.

The wool coat comes from LK Bennett’s Autumn/Winter 2011 collection and features a high collar, epaulets, and a waist-clinching belt.

The Duchess of Cambridge teamed the look with a pair of black Aquatalia Rhumba boots and a red Gucci monogram canvas horsebit clutch w/chain Gucci (£1200 and no longer available) from the brand’s 1921 Collection (thanks to ‘My Small Obsessions’ on FB for the ID).

Completing her outfit, Kate wore her gold Catherine Zoraida Double Leaf earrings.

Also of note, Kate’s hair looks a little different. It seems she has trimmed her bangs.
