Australian Magazine ‘Who’ has published some new pictures of Kate. It seems that she got her hair done at the Rossano Ferretti salon in Mayfair on June 19th. This is unusual as she normally visits Richard Ward in Chelsea.
The Ferretti salon is located in a chic townhouse and is part of a chain, including salons in Paris, New York, Miami, Madrid, Rome and Venice. The salon is familiar to the Middleton family, as her mother Carole and sister Pippa have both had their hair styled there.
Ferretti, who opened his London salon earlier last year, has a number of other high-profile celebrity clients, including Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek. He has also worked on catwalk shows for both Armani and Dior.
The Duchess of Cambridge was snapped in a brown knitted cardigan and flowing white Seraphine maxi skirt (thanks to WKW for the ID).
In other news…The Daily Mail published snaps of the royal couple getting out of a helicopter on June 25. Kate’s bump looks smaller than in recent shots so I am uncertain as to when it was actually taken.
Last Wednesday, the Duchess was snapped as she walked through the woods with the Scotland Porthaethwy Menai Bridge branch on a camping excursion near her Anglesey, North Wales home.
Kate even brought her cocker spaniel pup along.
She wore a brown vest over her Paige Denim Skyline Ankle Peg jeans ($189) and Le Chameau Vierzonord Wellington Boots (£145).
Thanks to ‘Copykate’ on Ebay, Kate’s gilet has been ID’ed! It is the brown leather faux fur trim gilet by John Lewis. The gilet has a detachable faux fur trim hood but is missing in the pictures posted.
Yesterday, the historically close Middleton sisters got to spend some quality time together. They were photographed walking along the beach on Llanddwyn Island of Newborough in North Wales. The sisters looked happy and relaxed as they enjoyed their stroll.
Kate wore a light pink-cowl neck sweater that she wore back on April 28th when she arrived at Clarence House in London. It has yet to be ID’ed.
Additionally Kate wore her signature skinny blue jeans, held a kahki jacket over her right arm and adorned her feet with wellington boots. She appeared fresh-faced and her hair hung loosely around her shoulders.
My guess on the boots right now is that they are Le Chameau Vierzonord Wellington Boots (£145). www.le-chameau-clothing.co.uk The description from The Le Chameau website is as follows:
•Lined throughout with 2mm Neoprene.
•Le Chameau’s famous Dual-Density sole.
•LADIES narrower & shaped fitting.
